AARP Driver Safety Full Course

This eight-hour course will be offered at Brentwood Library over a two-day period, Tuesday, April 16 and Wednesday, April 17 -- both days from 9 am-1 pm.  The cost is $25.00 per person or $20.00 with an AARP card (must present card) and advance registration and payment are required.  Come in or call us at 412-882-5694 to register.

No written or practical driving tests are required.  The course is open to any licensed driver, but course graduates 55 and older are eligible for multi-year automobile insurance discounts. (Please check with your insurance carrier.)

If you are involved in a chargeable accident, traffic violation or convicted of DUI in the past three years, your insurance company will probably not be agreeable to the discount. 

If you’ve already taken this course, re-taking it can qualify as your refresher course.
