This presentation provides an overview of depression and anxiety, as well as common signs, contributing factors, and how they can affect daily life. Folks will learn practical coping strategies, stress management tools, and the importance of self care and support. This presentation also emphasizes reducing stigma and knowing when and how to seek help. Individuals attending will have a greater understanding of how to support their mental health and wellbeing. 

Presenter Morgan Kelly is a Licensed Social Worker (LSW) in the state of Pennsylvania. She holds a Master of Social Work from Carlow University and a Bachelor's in Music Therapy from The College of Wooster. Morgan has experience working with children and adults navigating life transitions, housing instability, depression, anxiety, grief, trauma, and relationship or family conflicts.
