First Day to Make VITA Tax Prep Appointments

January 6th is the first day to make your tax prep appointment. This free service is for individuals over  65 years of age OR individuals of any age who earned leas than $60,000 in 2024. As in past years, this is a drop off service happening on Saturdays only. You'll schedule a 15 minute appointment to meet with your preparer and quickly review materials. They will complete your return during the week, and then you'll have a second short appointment to pick up your materials.
