Event Details
If you have taken the AARP Full Drivers Course in the past three years, this refresher course will likely satisfy your insurance company's requirements for a discount. Please only register for this course if you have taken the Full Course in the past three years. This four-hour course will be offered at Brentwood Library on Wednesday, October 29 from 9 am-1 pm. The cost is $25.00 per person or $20.00 with an AARP card (must present card) and advance registration and payment are required. Come in or call us at 412-882-5694 to register.
No written or practical driving tests are required. The course is open to any licensed driver, but course graduates 55 and older are eligible for multi-year automobile insurance discounts. (Please check with your insurance carrier.)
If you are involved in a chargeable accident, traffic violation or convicted of DUI in the past three years, your insurance company will probably not be agreeable to the discount.
